- 3 Medium sized Potato
- Oil for frying
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- Peeling the potatoes
- Slicing them
- Letting them soak in salt water.
- Deep frying them, and giving them your favorite seasoning.
Remove all excess oil on Potatoes after frying by placing them on clean paper towel. How long should we fry the Potato ?
The ideal time to fry Potato Chips is about 8 to 10 minutes in a higher temperature.
